Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the StockPortal website, requesting or using a demonstration, or using the StockPortal platform, you agree to these terms. If you use StockPortal on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business.

Demonstrations

Demonstrations are provided for evaluation only. They may have limits on duration, products, orders, users, email and storage. We may pause, archive or delete a demo when its evaluation period ends or if it is misused.

You must not enter real customer, payment, confidential or sensitive information into a demonstration unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping login details secure, controlling users, maintaining accurate information and ensuring that your use of StockPortal complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Businesses operating storefronts through StockPortal remain responsible for their products, descriptions, prices, customer relationships, payment arrangements, taxes, delivery, refunds and regulatory obligations. StockPortal is a software platform and is not the seller of a tenant's products.

Acceptable use

You must not use StockPortal unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, circumvent limits, misuse another tenant's information or use the platform to distribute unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

Payments and third-party services

StockPortal may integrate with third-party services such as payment, email, hosting and authentication providers. Their own terms may apply, and their availability is outside our direct control.

Fees, subscription terms, usage allowances, paid add-ons and setup charges will be set out in the applicable order, proposal or pricing agreement.

Intellectual property

StockPortal and its software, branding, designs and documentation belong to Northwest Digital Ventures Ltd or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You retain ownership of content and business information you provide and grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process and display it when providing the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, update or change StockPortal where reasonably necessary for security, performance, legal compliance or product development.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, StockPortal is provided on a business-to- business basis and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business opportunities or losses caused by information or actions controlled by a tenant or third-party service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where fees remain unpaid, these terms are breached, the platform is misused, or suspension is reasonably necessary to protect StockPortal, its tenants or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
